Public Access:  (No Charge)
The public access service is available to the public at no charge. This allows the general public to have access to parcel information without establishing a subscription. Public access includes:

• Pay taxes
• View Real Property by address or parcel number
• View Vehicles
• View RMC Indexes
• Vehicle Tax Search (last 4 digits of VIN# required)

Subscription Service: (No charge)
This service is intended for individuals and businesses that require additional information on a parcel. The information available to these subscribers also includes:

• All of the Public Access above
• View Real Property by name
• View Comparable Sales
• View Property Record Card
• View RMC Images

The tax information provided is based on the assessed value as of end of December of the previous year. Property taxes shown may not reflect all penalties and other fees that may be applied to property.

RMC documents recorded after June 12, 2005, are electronically imaged; most RMC documents recorded before that date are in book form in the RMC Office.

The County has also made available online information related to land parcels. The new "Real Property with Mapping" provides access to this information based on a street address or a parcel number. Along with basic parcel and tax data, this option shows an aerial view of the property and mapping data from the County's Geographic Information System (GIS).

Much of the same tax and parcel information is available to homeowners using the "Real Property with Mapping" function on the website. Also, all public information is available in the County offices in the County Complex at 828 Richland Avenue West in Aiken.
