All non-personal residential hauling, of waste to an Aiken County Landfill and to Three Rivers MSW Landfill for waste generated in Aiken County, must have an Aiken County landfill permit prior to delivering waste to the landfill. The permits are issued by the Public Works Department in room 232 of the Aiken County Complex.
Required information for obtaining a new permit is as follows:
- $25.00 for each permit.
- Copy of each vehicle registration.
- Completed Application signed by owner of privately held business / corporation or its authorized representative.
