Aiken County's Carrol H. Warner Savannah River Research Campus is a 422-acre site, owned and operated by Aiken County. It is specially designed to play host to a wide range of technology-based business ventures from the largest international firm to the smallest entrepreneurial start-up.

In addition to the office suites, the Research Campus also offers prime building sites. Sites are available from 5 to 40 acres and may be selected to best suit the needs of each company.
