Aiken County’s new online service request system, "At Your Request", offers citizens 24 hour access to County services and information.

Request Services

The following is a sampling of topics citizens can request information on or submit service requests using the “At Your Request” system:

  • Animal Control Information
  • Parks & Recreation Information
  • Fire Fee Information
  • Building Permit Information
  • Senior Citizen Tax Work Off Program Information
  • Illegal dumping
  • Cable TV Issues

Citizens can create an account as a registered user of the “At Your Request” system. Once registered, citizens can log in to view the progress and status of their requests.
