The following is the current DRAFT of Aiken County's proposed new Land Management Ordinance.
A printed copy of this 237-page ordinance is available at a cost of $25.00 for a paper copy without a binder, or $30.00 for a paper copy in a 3-ring binder, from the Aiken County Planning & Development Department located in Kalmia Mall at 1680 Richland Avenue West, Suite 130, in Aiken, or by telephone 803/642-1520.

Public hearings concerning this ordinance will be held by the Aiken County Planning Commission and the Aiken County Council, and details of these hearings will be posted here.
