The Engineering Department is made up of several divisions which are described as follows:
Engineering Division is in charge of the construction management of all new and existing County building facilities; the design and construction of all County owned roadway and drainage projects; the acquisition of Right-of-Way, permitting, and easements; the Technical Review of all proposed developments in the County; conducts studies relating to drainage and environmental impact; and provides in-house Engineering Technical Support for all County Agencies.
Stormwater division provides / assists in inspections, maintenance, and repairs for stormwater and drainage systems. The goal of the stormwater maintenance management program is to reduce the potential for stormwater damage to property, and the environment. |
